Hi there, my name is Joel.

 

I'm 22 and have been creating art from a very young age and its something I have always been very passionate about. Having studied at an art college, and coming from a very artistic family, and now having this last year to reflect on what I want to do and what I enjoy doing, I've come to the conclusion that I should follow my dream.

There was one obstacle though that I had to overcome first, which is similar to most artists - "the inherent hatred of your own work". A major step for me was to accept criticism and share my work with others. Thankfully with support from my friends and family, I took that first step...

I now receive regular feedback from others so please don't be shy in sharing. If you have a special request to have a piece made or drawn I accept most commissions, including sizes, paper types, and custom colours. These can match room interiors etc. Most colours I use are selected from the Farrow & Ball colour pallet.
